Chester R. Ostrowski

Chet Ostrowski is a litigator, who focuses his practice primarily in the areas of complex civil and commercial litigation in New York and New Jersey trial and appellate courts. Chet has significant experience representing businesses and individuals in disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference and fraud claims. He also litigates matters involving False Claims Act issues, business dissolutions and commercial leasehold disputes.
In addition to the practice of law, Chet enjoys traveling, playing golf and spending time with his family and friends. During the Spring 2012 semester, Chet will serve as an adjunct professor teaching Health Law for MSJs: Health Care Organizations at Seton Hall University School of Law.
