Craig M. Lovely is an associate with the firm and practices primarily in the areas of Foreclosure and Collections, Creditor’s Rights and Real Estate.  He regularly represents financial institutions in foreclosure and collection matters ranging from mediation and settlement to bank-owned real estate closings. Craig also has experience in the area of Foreclosure Loss-Mitigation alternatives and frequently drafts, negotiates and advises clients regarding loan modifications, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, short sale agreements, settlement agreements, stipulated judgments, and other loss-mitigation alternatives.

Craig is a 2012 graduate of Arizona Summit School of Law.  During law school, Craig became an American Bar Certified Mediator and has successfully mediated landlord-tenant and real estate disputes. Craig began his law career in a small law firm where he represented individuals in criminal and firearm related matters in State Superior Court and before the Connecticut Board of Firearms Permit Examiners.

In his spare time, Craig enjoys spending time with his family. Craig is a passionate sports fan who enjoys following his favorite professional and collegiate teams throughout the year.
