Stephanie M. Gitlin

Special Counsel

Stephanie Gitlin practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, healthcare cost containment litigation, and other complex civil matters.  Stephanie represents national and regional healthcare third-party payors in healthcare provider overpayment cost containment issues across the United States.  In addition, she represents clients in numerous other commercial and civil litigation matters in both state and federal courts, including contract disputes, franchise issues, and intellectual property matters.  In 2004, Stephanie co-founded a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, named Deeds for Needs™, to assist individuals and families in need in her community.  She continues to be an active officer and director of the organization.

Stephanie has extensive experience representing insurance companies, managed care organizations, administration services providers, and has drafted and negotiated multi-million dollar settlements.

Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, and running with her dog.  She also loves to read, play the piano and watch the Redskins and the Chargers, her two favorite NFL teams.
