Mark D. Shifton publishes article in The Critical Path
Mark D. Shifton’s newest article, Ewing v. Amerisure Redux: Texas Supreme Court Saves the Construction Industry From the Fifth Circuit, was published in Volume 18, Issue 1 of The Critical Path, a newsletter published by the Defense Research Institute’s Construction Law Committee. This article is a follow-up to Mark’s previous article, Trying Not to Mess With Texas: Fifth Circuit Certifies Questions on Contractual Liability Exclusion, which was published in The Critical Path in December 2012. Mark is a Partner in the Princeton, New Jersey and New York City offices of Gfeller Laurie LLP. He represents owners, design professionals, and contractors in construction disputes, and advises and represents clients on sustainable development and “green” building issues.
