Mark Shifton and Gary Strong Publish Article in The Critical Path

Mark D. Shifton and Gary Strong have co-authored an article for Volume 20, Issue 1 of The Critical Path, a newsletter published by the Defense Research Institute’s Construction Law Committee. Mark and Gary’s article, titled Unintended Consequences – New Jersey Supreme Court to Decide Issue of Whether Consequential Damages Are Covered By CGL Policy, examines the New Jersey Appellate Division case of Cypress Point Condominium Association, Inc. v. Adria Towers, L.L.C., et al., which will be decided by the New Jersey Supreme Court in the near future. Mark is a Partner in the Princeton, New Jersey, and New York City offices of Gfeller Laurie LLP, where he represents owners, design professionals, and contractors in construction disputes, and advises and represents clients on sustainable development and “green” building issues. Gary is an Associate in the Princeton, New Jersey, and New York City offices of Gfeller Laurie LLP, and represents developers, contractors, and design professionals in construction defect and professional liability cases.
