Mark Shifton to Present Webinar Series for National Association of Home Builders
Mark D. Shifton has been invited by the National Association of Home Builders to lead a three-part webinar series entitled “Construction Contracts and Law,” which will take place May 1, 8, and 15, 2018. Mark has previously presented similar programs to local chapters of the National Association of Home Builders.
Mark is a Partner in the Princeton, New Jersey and New York City offices of Seiger Gfeller Laurie LLP, where he represents owners, design professionals, and contractors in construction disputes, and advises and represents clients on sustainable development and “green” building issues. Mark currently serves as the Marketing Chair of the Defense Research Institute’s Construction Law Committee, as well as Co-Chair of the New Jersey Defense Association’s Construction Law Committee.
