Mark Shifton to speak before New Jersey State Bar Association Construction Law Section

On November 9, 2016, Mark D. Shifton will be presenting a program for continuing legal education credit at the monthly meeting of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Mark’s presentation will discuss how New Jersey Courts apply the economic loss rule and integrated product doctrine, specifically with regard to claims of product defects in the context of construction litigation.
