Mila Shtelmakher and Mark D. Shifton recently co-authored an article for the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section’s newsletter. Mila and Mark’s article, Subcontractors’ Rights and Woes: Enforceability of Pay-if-Paid Clauses in New Jersey and New York Contracts, explores the differences in the interpretations of Pay-if-Paid provisions in construction contracts by New Jersey and New York courts.
