Care of the Collision Athlete at the UCONN Health Center
On Monday, April 11, 2011, Charlie Gfeller and Mark Seiger attended a program entitled “Care of the Collision Athlete” at the UCONN Health Center, in Farmington, Connecticut
The event featured the Huskies’ new Head Football Coach, Paul Pasqualoni, as well as several nationally renowned UCONN physicians, and was an informative event focusing on the identification, care, and treatment of head, knee, and shoulder injuries in student-athletes. GL advises several schools and insurers with regard to the safety of student-athletes and risk management of athletic programs.
