Pete Vodola spoke Novmber 3rd and 4th at the National Structured Settlement Trade Assocation's 2012 Education Conference in Austin, Texas.

On November 3rd, Pete was part of a panel that described developments in the law, including important new matters relating to settlements of minors claims, competing claims made by individuals claiming to be death beneficiaries, and different issues arising in structured settlement protection act matters.  In a separate session on Friday, November 4th, Pete also spoke about issues facing judges in matters that involve structured settlements.
